1. Custom-Made Product Definition

All products sold on kaffclub.com are made-to-order and customized based on customer selections.
We do not keep ready-made or pre-produced inventory.

Each order is created according to:

  • The phone model selected by the customer

  • The chosen design

  • Optional personalization details (if applicable)

For this reason, all products sold on our website are considered CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS.


2. Returns & Refunds for Custom Products

No Returns After Production Begins

Because our products are custom-made:

All sales are final once production has started.

Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted after production begins, except in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Damage during shipping

  • Incorrect item received

3. Production Timeline & Order Cancellation

  • Production begins approximately 12 hours after the order is placed.

  • Orders may be canceled only before production begins.

  • Once production has started, cancellation is no longer possible.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details carefully before placing an order.


4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Incorrect compared to your order

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Proof of purchase is required

Because case dimensions vary by model, minor placement differences may occur.

This is a natural result of the production process and does not qualify for a return or exchange.


7. Normal Wear & Tear

Normal wear and tear that occurs through regular use of the product is not covered under this policy.


8. Incorrect Orders

Due to the custom nature of our products:

  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted for incorrect orders (wrong model, design choice, or personalization details selected by the customer).

Please review your order carefully before checkout. Once production begins, changes cannot be made.

As a courtesy, in some incorrect order cases, we may offer a discount code for a future purchase, at our discretion.
