This Distance Selling Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between KAFFCLUB (“Seller”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and the customer (“Buyer”, “you”, “your”) who places an order through www.kaffclub.com (the “Site”).

By placing an order, the Buyer makes a binding offer to purchase.
The order is deemed accepted once payment is successfully processed.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion (e.g., payment issues, suspected fraud, production limitations).

4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD, unless otherwise stated.

5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped to the address provided by the Buyer.
Estimated delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed.
The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events.
Risk of loss passes to the Buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds (Custom Products)

Due to the custom-made nature of the products:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted once production has started, except in cases of:

Damage during shipping

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Slight color variations (up to ~10%) may occur due to screen settings, lighting, and printing processes.

9. Intellectual Property
All designs, content, images, and materials on the Site are the intellectual property of the Seller.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
The Seller shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Buyer for the purchased product.
11. Force Majeure
The Seller shall not be held responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, carrier delays, or governmental actions.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Delaware.
13. Modifications
The Seller reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on the Site.
